The membership program is for joiners who'd like to access additional benefits - you are not required to join membership to participate in group orders!
Overview
Duration: Membership benefits last for 1 quarter and is effective until the final day of the quarter (e.g. Q1 membership period will last until March 31)
Availability: Members can join at any time and will be able to access the benefits as soon as they receive the member password to access the member-only site
Commitment: No commitment beyond the current period, no automatic renewal
Price: $7.00 CAD for Regular membership, $16.00 CAD for Plus membership

Merch Finder [Plus Members Only]
1) Member Exclusive Sale
Members will have early access to one Early Access or Re-Opening Saleeach quarter.
Early Access Sale include items limited quantity In Stock items that members can browse before they're made available to the public. Items from the sale will vary and can include rare or limited edition items and extras from previous group orders.
Members will be notified of the sale date by email and items will be available to all members on a first come, first served basis.
2) Admin Support and Freebies
Members that receive a Second Payment Confirmation email during the membership period can request a list of the items included in their package to assist with their own tracking. Special freebies will also be included in the package they receive.
Members can also request their order history in a spreadsheet format for their own records.
3) Merch Finder [Plus Members]
Members can request up to two (2) unique items that they want help finding. The item can be something I never hosted a GO for or can be from any Chinese group orders I hosted before 2025. The item can also be sold on other platforms (e.g. Weidian, Sisyphe, HBB etc.) or from a reseller on the Chinese second-hand market.
Items that I cannot help with:
Items that contain food, powder, and other components usually banned by shipping services (there's a small chance that I can help with items containing small traces of liquid, batteries or wax, but keep in mind that these types of items are high risk)
Items created by fans outside of Chinese fandom (e.g. Western artists' zines or P4P merch)
Most items from group orders I hosted for Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, Singapore merch (there's a small chance that I can help with certain items that are available from resellers but overall you may be better off finding alternatives)
No matter the item, please understand that I cannot guarantee that I can find it for you and no refunds on membership fees will be provided. However, I'm happy to share receipts of my search process upon request if you'd like reassurance that the search did not yield results.
